"James Comey charged once again"

October 26, 2026; 5pm: In Trump's second term, there is a vast accountability void in the DOJ, begging the question as to who might step in and be proactive in filling that void. A group of veteran federal prosecutors and human rights lawyers has created "The Rule of Law Project" in an attempt to do what the DOJ refuses to do. Later, some breaking news: Trump's DOJ charges Former FBI Director James Comey for a violation of the Espionage Act. This is the third time Comey has been charged by this DOJ.
