When certain thyroid lab combinations present, how should that individual be treated? I have said before many times that treating the thyroid is a very nuanced art. It is not as easy as conventional medicine makes it seem. It is not just if the TSH is high, throw in some T4 medication and send you on your way. It is not this simple!
