Bazerman is the Jesse Isidor Straus Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School. Max is the author or co-author of 13 books (including Complicit, in press, Better, Not, Perfect, 2020; the eighth edition of Judgment in Managerial Decision Making [with Don A. Moore], 2013, Blind Spots [with Ann Tenbrunsel], 2011, and Negotiation Genius [with Deepak Malhotra], 2007. Don A. Moore is Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and holds the Lorraine Tyson Mitchell Chair in Leadership at the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. He is the author of Judgment in Managerial Decision Making (also with Max Bazerman) and Perfectly Confident.
