As hospital employees are assigned to conduct an internal investigation, two sinister actors emerge: the nurse who some believe to be associated with the deaths, and the VA administration that is all too eager to put a lid on the investigation. Local reporter Rudi Keller breaks the story and law enforcement starts to take an interest.
