Before joining Deephaven in 2022, he served as Executive Vice President, Head of TPO Production at First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation, where he managed the wholesale and correspondent channels. Tom’s career also includes significant roles at various mortgage firms, contributing to his reputation as a skilled sales strategist and leader. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
